Things look manageable. Inside, they feel different.

You keep replaying conversations. You know you need better boundaries, but feel guilty every time you try. You promise yourself next time will be different, then find yourself back in the same pattern.

You do not need to have the perfect explanation before you start therapy.

What we can work on

Different concerns can share a common thread. Together, we can look at the whole picture.

Hi, I’m Tori.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation in Tennessee. I work with adults and couples around anxiety, self-worth, relationship patterns, and substance use.

My style is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. Useful therapy has to meet the person in front of me, with all the complexity that comes with being human.

I’m also a Nashville native. This is home for me.

Therapy happens in the context of your life: your relationships, your work, your community. As a Nashville native, this is the place I call home, too.

A few practical questions

All fees & FAQs
Do you work with individuals and couples?

Yes. I work with adults in individual therapy as well as couples. We can use the consultation to determine which format makes sense for what you are bringing in.

Do I need to know exactly what to work on?

No. Many people start with a mix of symptoms, relationship stress, and a general sense of being stuck. Part of the work is figuring out what deserves attention first.

What are your fees and insurance options?

Fees, session lengths, and insurance arrangements are awaiting confirmation before the practice launches.

Do you provide crisis services?

No. This practice is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

You do not have to solve the whole thing before you ask for help.
